Thimble、V-block & Roller

V-Block & Thimble Type:

• Measurement basis on both ends of the center hole or circle diameter, mainly for the cylindrical shaft or disc-type workpieces deflection、roundness、concentricity、axial parallelism…etc. the inspection of accuracy.
• Applies to the processing site, tool rooms, laboratories, machine tools shop.
• V-block special use for a small cylindrical shaft (mandrelØ4 ~ 22 mm) run-out accuracy of testing, measuring workpiece do not change it shape.

Roller Type:

• Mainly used for same size cylindrical shaft of both ends as a basis of measurement; such as shaft or tube… etc.
• Check the workpiece deflection, roundness, concentricity, bending curvature, axial parallelism…etc. precision error of inspected measurement.
• Range of workpiece: Ø5 ~ 100mm

• High graded cast iron, base surface hardness HRC30 ± 2 °, wear resistance.
• Working surface of V-block specially hardened, hardness HRC52 ± 2 °, lasting wear.
• Tailstock is located by special locking design, do not cause to axial offset when moving the location. Tailstock can be locked by special type lever handle in any position, high accuracy.
• Center entry/exit by press down lever type handle, measuring range: 20 ~ 25mm, easy to place the workpiece.
• Z-axis dial indicator holder: Vertical pole diameter: Ø12 mm, adjust pole diameter: Ø10 mm. Gauge holder is available for dovetail type and stemØ8mm flat type
• Equipped with T- slot, high scalability, more convenient to use.
